Want to know a secret?

I lost most of my weight by switching to only  getting salad/salad wraps when I went out to eat. Granted, i go out to eat often (probably at least a meal a day) so that is why it made a tremendous difference.  But for those of you that like to splurge when you go out to eat, that’s how unhealthy restaurant food is, and most of the time you wont even realize it
